Winner of the NNO 2012 Before & During Photo Contest

The National Night Out organization requested this year's participating agencies to submit photos showing their event site "Before and During" the NNO event. Our photo, along ...with photos from 29 other agencies, nationwide, were then featured on National Night Out's Facebook page. A contest was held to see which agency's photo could get the most "likes", with the top 5 agencies receiving a $100 gift certificate towards NNO merchandise.

The contest began on October 16 and ended on October 18, but we missed the start and did not begin promoting the contest until October 17. In less than 24 hours, between posting on our Facebook page, Hubbard City's Facebook page, and our Facebook fans and their friends sharing and "liking" our photo, we ended up with 343 likes, and won the contest by a whopping 289 likes. The community support, via likes and positive comments throughout the contest, has been amazing. As of October 19, we had 399 likes.

The other winners are:
Urbandale, IA, population 39,436,
Bartlett, IL population 41,500,
Houston, TX (Near Northwest Mgmt. District) unknown population,
and Kingsville, TX, population 26,213
